Why is it so difficult to find a video on how to create a tech pack for bags? I learned how to make tech packs for garments at the University, and my brain keeps thinking that bags and garments are different on a tech pack. They’re probably the same thing.

For those who don’t know, a tech pack is a detailed blueprint that contains all the information a manufacturer needs to know to produce your product. There are manufacturing companies that can create them for designers, but it costs more than doing it yourself. I want to learn how to do it so I can teach my employees and cut costs.

You may be wondering how I reached the point of manufacturing my products overseas, and which country I chose. Was it China? India?

Before I answer that, let me reintroduce myself to those reading my story for the first time.
