Shipping

All orders will be shipped out 5-7 business days after your purchase. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. For shipments within the United States, delivery will take between 7-14 days. For international shipments, delivery will take between 1-3 weeks.

Returning

  • Any hair accessory orders are FINAL. Due to sanitary purposes, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If you received a damaged item, photos MUST be taken on the same day of the arrival and emailed to contact@diademsdesign.com. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Our bags can be returned 30 days after purchase. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Return shipping will be paid by the buyer unless there was an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed once received and inspected by Diadem’s Design. You will receive your refund after inspection in 3-5 business days.
